Why is Dana's planning free? What's the catch?

No catch — this is just how the travel industry works. Resorts, cruise lines, and travel providers pay travel agents a commission when a trip is booked through them. That commission is built into the price whether you use an advisor or not, so booking with Dana costs you nothing extra. You get the expertise; the supplier pays for it.

Will I pay more than if I booked it myself?

No. You pay the same published rates you'd see booking direct. Dana also keeps an eye out for new promotions and discounts — and if an eligible one is released after you've booked, she works to get it applied to your existing reservation.

Does Dana help with Lightning Lane and Express Pass strategy?

Yes. Park strategy is part of the plan — including Disney's Lightning Lane Multi Pass and Single Pass, Universal Express, and how to structure your park days around them. You'll know what's worth buying for your family, what isn't, and when to book what.

How far in advance should we book?
